Coast Street Property Management provides professional property management services in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, including rental property management, strata property management, leasing services, estate services, developer services, and consulting services.

The specific terms, fees, and obligations governing any property management engagement are set out in a separate Property Management Agreement signed between you and Coast Street Property Management. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Agreement, the Agreement prevails.
